Captain's Chair Seat Back

DISASSEMBLY
1. Disassemble the captain's chair.







2. Remove the front seat recliner dump handle.







3. If equipped, remove the armrest bolt.
1 Unhook the armrest cover.
2 Remove the armrest bolt.







4. If equipped, feed the armrest cable through the front seat back and remove the armrest.







5. Disconnect the seat back trim cover J-clip.







6. Invert the seat back trim cover to the lower row of hog rings.







7. Remove the hog rings.







8. Invert the seat back trim cover to the upper row of hog rings.







9. Remove the seat back trim cover.
1 Remove the hog rings.
2 Remove the seat back trim cover.







10. Remove the front seat back frame from the front seat back foam.







11. Remove the front seat back recliner.
1 Remove the bolts.
2 Remove the front seat back recliner.

ASSEMBLY










1. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
