Inspection and Verification (Start Testing Here)

1. Verify the customer concern by operating the headlamps.
2. Visually inspect for the following obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage.

^ Damaged headlamp switch
^ Damaged multifunction switch

Electrical
^ Battery Junction Box (BJB) Fuse 8 (30 A)
^ Central Junction Box (CJB) Fuse 16 (20 A)
^ CJB Fuse 26 (10 A)
^ CJB Fuse 28 (10 A)
^ Damaged wiring harness
^ Loose or corroded connections
^ Headlamp bulb

3. If the concern is not visually evident, determine the symptom and proceed to Symptom Chart. Symptom Chart(s)
