1. Verify the customer concern by operating the handles, locks, latches and mechanisms.
2. Check for mechanical binds by manually operating the door locks. Operate the lock system several times from each switch while observing the operation of all door locks.

NOTE: Be sure the battery is fully charged before starting electrical diagnosis.

3. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage.

^ Misaligned door

Electrical
^ Battery Junction Box (BJB) Fuse 8 (15A)
^ Circuit open/shorted
^ Door lock switch
^ Power door lock actuator
