Flow of Diagnosis

1. Verify the customer concern by operating the horn.
2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage.

VISUAL INSPECTION CHART

Mechanical
- Damaged horns
- Damaged horn switch

Electrical
- Blown Battery Junction Box (BJB) Fuse 7 (20 A)
- Damaged wiring harness
- Damaged connections
- Damaged relay

3. If fault is not visually evident, determine the symptom and proceed to Symptom Chart. Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures
