Power Seat

DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove the seat.
2. Remove the seat safety belt buckle.
3. If equipped, remove the seat control switch.
4. If equipped, remove the armrest.
5. Remove the seat back.







6. Remove the two seat risers.
1 Remove the four nuts.
2 Remove the two seat risers and the support bracket.







7. Remove the seat track.
1 Remove the four bolts.
2 Remove the front seat track.

NOTE: Remove the seat track and motor as an assembly.







8. Unfasten the seat back cover J-strip and remove the cover.







9. Unfasten the four front seat cushion cover J-strips.







10. Remove the two seat cushion pad pushpins.







11. Remove the seat cushion pad from the seat cushion frame.

ASSEMBLY
1. Follow the disassembly procedure in reverse order.
2. Install the seat track to the seat frame and install the bolts.

NOTE: Install the seat track and motor as an assembly.







3. Install the seat risers and tighten to specification.

NOTE: When installing the seat risers, make sure the seat belt buckle bracket is on the inboard rear seat riser.
