Flow of Diagnosis

1. Verify the customer concern by operating the headlamps.
2. Visually inspect for the obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage.

- Damaged headlamp
- Damaged multi-function switch

Electrical
- Power distribution box switch fuse P (30 A) (Motorhome)
- Power distribution box fuse 13 (30 A)
- Power distribution box fuse 9 (10 A)
- Power distribution box fuse 11 (10 A)
- Fuse junction panel fuse 16 (15 A)
- Fuse junction panel fuse 31 (10 A) (motorhome)
- Fuse junction panel fuse 25 (10 A) (motorhome)
- Fuse junction panel fuse 35 (20 A) (motorhome)
- Damaged wiring harness
- Loose or corroded connections
- Headlamp bulb

3. If the concern is not visually evident, verify the symptom and proceed to Symptom Chart. Symptom Chart(s)
