Inspection and Verification
1. Verify the customer concern by operating the safety bolt.
2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage.

^ Loose webbing
^ Safety belt retractor and tongue assembly

Electrical
^ Blown fuse(s)
^ Damaged wiring harness
^ Loose or corroded connections
^ Warning chime module
^ Safety belt warning indicator switch
^ Lamp Fault Code (LFC) for the belt and buckle assembly pretensioner
