Compressor to Condenser Discharge Line




REMOVAL
1. Perform the Refrigerant Discharging and Recovery Procedure. Refer to: Heating and Air Conditioning, Service and Repair, Refrigerant Discharging and Recovery Procedure, Refrigerant Discharging and Recovery procedure







2. Remove the three screws and reposition the degas bottle.







3. Disconnect the compressor to condenser line from the condenser core.







4. Disconnect the e1ectrical Connector.







5. Disconnect the compressor to condenser line from the A/C compressor.







6. Remove the pressure cut-off switch.

INSTALLATION






















1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
^ Lubricate the O-ring seals with PAG Refrigerant Compressor Oil (R-134a Systems) F7AZ-19589-DA (Motorcraft-YN-12C) or equivalent meeting Ford specification WSH-M1C231-B
