This Pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- Charge Air Cooler Pump Relay
- Charge Air Cooler Pump Motor
- Harness circuits: CAC, Fuse 23, Fuse 106, Vehicle Power (VPWR) and Power Ground (PWR GND)
