Transmission Support Crossmember

Removal
1. Raise and support the vehicle.





2. Note: The manual transmission is shown; the procedure is the same for the automatic transmission.

Use the High Lift Transmission Jack to support the (A) transmission. Remove the (B) nuts.





3. Remove the heat shield to transmission support crossmember bolts.





4. Note: The LH fasteners are shown, the RH fasteners are similar.

Remove the six transmission support nuts (three on each side).

Installation











1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
