Windows and Glass: Description and Operation

Windshield Glass
The windshield glass:
^ is standard plastic and glass laminate safety glass.
^ is bonded to the window opening flange with urethane sealant.

Window Glass-Front Door
The front door glass:
^ is standard plastic and glass laminate safety glass.
^ is lowered and raised with optional power window controls.

Window Glass-Rear Side
The rear side glass:
^ is located on the rear side doors.
^ windows may be opened or closed and locked using the rear window latch.

Window Glass-Back
The rear glass:
^ is standard plastic and glass laminate safety glass.
^ is fixed to the rear of the cab with nuts.
^ optional sliding glass.

Window Regulator Control
The window regulator control switch:
^ is located on each front door trim panel.
^ may be used to raise or lower driver side and passenger side windows from the window regulator control switch on the driver side, or the passenger side windows from the passenger side switches.
^ includes a double detent feature.
^ can manually lower the driver side window when the master control is depressed halfway (first detent).
^ will completely lower the driver side window when the master control is fully depressed (second detent) and then released.
