Door Switch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove the door latch. For additional information, refer to Front Door Latch, or Rear Door Latch-Upper, SuperCab, or Rear Door Latch-Lower, SuperCab, or Rear Door Latch-Crew Cab, Excursion, or to Liftgate Latch.







2. Remove the door ajar switch.
1 Lift up on the locking tab.
2 Rotate and remove the door ajar switch.

NOTE: The front door latch shown, rear door latch and liftgate latch are similar.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
