Steel Fuel Tank Pump

REMOVAL
1. Remove the fuel tank.

NOTE: Follow Steps 1-3 to remove the diesel fuel level sensor.







2. Remove the top of the fuel pump.
1 Clean the surface.
2 Remove the bolts.

CAUTION: The fuel pump module must be handled carefully to avoid damage.







3. Remove the fuel pump assembly.
^ Squeeze the locking tabs while pushing down.
4. Remove and discard the fuel pump mounting gasket.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
