ISSUE
Some vehicles equipped with a 3.0L engine may exhibit spark knock (ping) under acceleration. This may be caused by the ignition coil and the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).

ACTION
Replace the ignition coil and PCM assembly. Refer to the following Service Procedure for details.
