General Module: Description and Operation

The multifunction modules consist of the following:
^ generic electronic module (GEM)/central timer module (CTM)
^ remote anti-theft personality (RAP) module

The remote anti-theft personality (RAP) module controls the keyless entry, and computer operated locks systems.

The GEM/CTM controls the following features:
^ wiper/washer (front/rear)
^ warning chime
^ battery saver
^ illuminated entry and courtesy lamps
^ driver one touch down power window (GEM only)
^ accessory delay
^ 4 wheel drive (GEM only)
