Removal and Installation
1. Raise the vehicle and install safety stands.
2. Remove the wheel and tire assembly.





3. Use the Hi-Lift Jack to support the rear axle.





4. Remove the nuts, U-bolts and spring plate.
- Carefully lower the rear axle and remove the rear spring spacer, if equipped.





5. Remove the nuts, bolts and the spring.
6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
