Safety Belt Bolt Bit:

SPECIAL TOOL(S)

DISASSEMBLY
1. Disassemble the third row seat.







2. Remove the seat bottom cover.
1 Remove the four pin-type retainers.
2 Release the eight J-clips.







3. Remove the seat cushion trim cover and foam pad from the seat cushion frame.
^ Unhook the J-clips.







4. Position the upholstery back and remove the hog rings.
5. Remove the seat cushion trim cover from the seat cushion foam pad.







6. Remove the safety belts.
^ Using the special tool, remove the two bolts.







7. Remove the seat riser.
^ Remove the nuts.







8. Remove the four seat rollers.
1 Remove the four bolts.
2 Remove the four wheels.

ASSEMBLY







1. Install the four seat rollers.
1 Position the four rollers.
2 Install the four bolts.

NOTE: The front wheels are larger than the rear wheels.







2. Install the seat riser.
^ Install the nuts.







3. Install the safety belts.
^ Using the special tool, install the bolts.

4. Install the seat cushion trim cover onto the seat cushion foam pad.







5. Install the hog rings.







6. Install the seat cushion frame into the seat cushion trim cover and foam pad.
^ Connect the J-clips.







7. Install the seat bottom cover.
1 Connect the J-clips.
2 Install the four pin-type retainers.

8. Assemble the third row seat.
