1. Verify the customer concern.
2. Inspect the entire turbocharger system for obvious signs of damage.

^ Damaged intake hoses
^ Loose hose clamps
^ Loose exhaust clamps
^ Damaged turbocharger
^ Restricted intake or exhaust

3. If the concern(s) remains after the inspection, go to the symptom chart. Diagnosis By Symptom
