Transfer Case





1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Install a new transfer case-to-transmission mounting gasket.
- Fill the transfer case.
- Tighten the transfer case-to-transmission bolts evenly in a star pattern.
- Make sure the torsion bar adjuster bolt measurement is equal to the measurement taken during removal.
2. Check the ride height and adjust as necessary.
1 Check the wheel alignment and adjust as necessary.
