^ Do not over heat the exterior mirror glass backing plate. Heat only until backing plate is warm to the touch.
^ Do not over heat the spotter glass backing plate. Heat only until backing plate is warm to the touch.
^ The spotter glass may break if pressure is not applied directly over the pivot socket.
