Air Cleaner

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery cables.







2. From the rear moving forward, release the four retaining snaps. Remove the battery cover.







3. Remove the battery hold-down and the battery.







4. Disconnect the filter minder electrical connector.







5. Disconnect the air cleaner outlet tube.







6. Remove the bolts.







7. Lifting the rear of the battery tray/air cleaner assembly, disconnect the air temperature sensor electrical connector.
8. Remove the battery tray/air cleaner assembly.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
^ Make sure the air cleaner inlet is correctly installed through and clear of the rubber air deflector. Make sure the air cleaner inlet is correctly installed in the battery tray/air cleaner assembly.
^ Make sure the battery cover retaining snaps are locked in place.
