GLASS, FRAMES AND MECHANISMS

Windshield Glass
The windshield glass:
- is standard plastic and glass laminate safety glass.
- is bonded to the window opening flange with urethane adhesive.

Window Glass - Front Door
The front door glass:
- is standard tempered safety glass.
- can be lowered and raised with an optional power window regulator or with a manual window regulator.

Window Glass - Rear Door, SuperCrew
The rear door glass:
- is standard tempered safety glass.
- can be lowered and raised with power window regulator.

Window Glass - Rear Side
The rear side glass:
- is located on the rear side doors.
- windows may be opened or closed and locked using the rear window latch.

Rear Window Glass
The rear glass:
- is standard tempered safety glass.
- is fixed to the rear of the cab with nuts.
- may be equipped with an optional sliding glass.
- may be equipped with an optional power sliding rear glass.
- may be equipped with an optional rear window defrost (fixed window only).

Window Control Switch
The window control switch:
- is located on each front door trim panel.
- is located on each rear door trim panel (SuperCrew).
- may be used to raise or lower the driver side and passenger side windows from the window control switch on the driver side, or the passenger side windows from the passenger side switches.
- includes a double detent feature.
- can manually lower the driver side window when the driver window control switch is depressed half way (first detent).
- will completely lower the driver side window when the driver window control switch is fully depressed (second detent) and then released.
