40 Percent and Captain's Chair

FRONT SEAT BACKREST - 40 PERCENT AND CAPTAIN'S CHAIR

DISASSEMBLY
1. Disassemble the captain's chair.







2. Remove the front seat recliner dump handle.







3. Disconnect the seat back trim cover J-clip.







4. Invert the seat back trim cover to the lower row of hog rings.







5. Remove the hog rings.







6. Invert the seat back trim cover to the upper row of hog rings.







7. Remove the headrest, lift the seat back trim cover and remove the headrest guide pins.







8. Remove the seat back trim cover.
1 Remove the hog rings.
2 Remove the seat back trim cover.







9. Remove the front seat back frame from the front seat back foam.







10. Remove the front seat back recliner.
1 Remove the bolts.
2 Remove the front seat back recliner.

ASSEMBLY







1. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
