Front Bumper: Service and Repair
BUMPER-FRONTRemoval
All Vehicles
1. Raise and support the vehicle.
F150/250 Vehicles
2. Remove the air deflector pin-type retainers.
Lightning Vehicles
3. Remove the intercooler radiator air deflector pin-type retainer.
4. Remove the two bolts and disengage the air deflector/intercooler radiator bracket from the vehicle frame.
5. Position and support the intercooler radiator aside.
6. Remove the five pin-type retainers and position the lower radiator air deflector aside
All Vehicles
7. If equipped, disconnect the two fog lamp electrical connectors.
8. Support the front bumper (17757).
9. NOTE: Two technicians are required to remove the front bumper.
Remove the front bumper.
1 Remove the nuts.
2 Remove the front bumper.
F15O/25O Vehicles
10. If necessary, remove the fog lamps (15200).
1 Remove the six screws (three each side).
2 Remove the fog lamps.
Installation
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
