Lubricate
    Wheel Bearing
      4WD
    Wheel Bearing
       Lubricate 4x4 front hub needle bearings for all operating conditions. Special Operating Conditions "T", "I" & "O" Lubricate 4x2 and 4X4 wheel bearings, replace grease seals, and adjust bearings (if not sealed bearings).
    Control Arm
      If using Special Operating Conditions I. Refer to Special Operating Conditions (Read This First). Lube front lower control arm and steering linkage ball joints with zerk fittings, if equipped.
Inspect
    Vehicle
      Perform Multi-Point Inspection (Recommended by Ford) Refer to Routine Service.
    Universal Joint, Drive/Propeller Shaft
      If using Special Operating Conditions T or O. Refer to Special Operating Conditions (Read This First). Inspect and lubricate U-joints.
    Steering and Suspension
      Inspect and lubricate steering linkage.
    Heat Shield, Exhaust
    Exhaust System
    Drive/Propeller Shaft
      If equipped.
    Cooling System
      Inspect cooling system and hoses.
    Brakes and Traction Control
      Inspect brake pads, shoes, rotors, drums, brake lines & hoses, and parking brake system. Inspect brake pads, shoes, rotors, drums, brake lines and hoses, and parking brake system for all operating Conditions.
    Ball Joint
Replace
    Spark Plug
      If using Special Operating Conditions I or E. Refer to Special Operating Conditions (Read This First). Replace spark plugs.
    Oil Filter, Engine
      Replace oil filter under all operating conditions.
    Fuel Filter
      Replace fuel filter. All Operating Conditions.
    Fluid - Transfer Case
      If using Special Operating Conditions T, I, D or O. Refer to Special Operating Conditions (Read This First). Replace transfer case fluid.
    Fluid - M/T
      If not using Special Operating Conditions T. Refer to Special Operating Conditions (Read This First). Replace manual transmission fluid. If using Special Operating Conditions T. Refer to Special Operating Conditions (Read This First). Replace manual transmission fluid.
    Fluid - Differential
      If using Special Operating Conditions T. Refer to Special Operating Conditions, (Read This First). Change the rear axle fluid if equipped with XY-75W90-FEHP.
    Fluid - A/T
      Operating Conditions T, I, D and O only.
    Engine Oil
      Replace oil under all operating conditions.
    Air Filter Element
       Check air filter minder and reset. If using Special Operating Conditions D. Refer to Special Operating Conditions (Read This First). Replace engine air filter.
Rotate
    Tires
