Air Temperature Sensor ( Ambient / Intake ): Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.

CAUTION: Make sure the ignition switch is in the OFF position prior to working on the electronic engine controls.







2. Disconnect the Intake Air Temperature (IAT) electrical connector and wiring harness retainer.

NOTE: Fuel line disconnected for clarity.







3. Remove the IAT sensor.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
