CHARGE AIR COOLER

Removal and Installation
1. Remove the radiator.
2. Remove the air cleaner element.







3. Remove the air cleaner front cover.







4. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the charge air cooler (CAC) duct.







5. Loosen the clamps and remove the CAC duct.







6. Remove the two stud bolts.







7. Remove the charge air cooler.







8. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
