Removal and Installation
1. Remove the radiator.
2. Remove the air cleaner element.







3. Remove the air cleaner front cover.







4. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the duct from the charge air cooler.
- To install, tighten to 12 Nm (9 lb-ft).







5. NOTE: If there is any oil residue, clean both connecting ports and the inside surface of the charge air cooler duct to prevent the duct from blowing off.

Loosen the clamps and remove the duct.
- To install, tighten to 12 Nm (9 lb-ft).







6. Remove the 2 stud bolts and remove the charge air cooler.
- To install, tighten to 15 Nm (11 lb-ft).

7. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
