Pinpoint Test A: The Instrument Cluster 4X4 And Low Range Indicators Do Not Operate Correctly/Do Not Operate
Normal Operation
The mechanical shifi on the stop (MSOS) mode indicator status is transmitted to the instrument cluster from the mode indication switch (MIS) via circuits 975 (BN/YE) and circuit 210 (LB). A steady 4X4 indicator displays when the vehicle is in 4H mode. When the vehicle is in 4L mode~ the 4X4 and Low Range indicators are displayed. No indicators are displayed when the transfer case is in 2H or NEUTRAL mode.
