P2110, P2111, P2112, AND/OR P2135-WITH/WITHOUT
DRIVEABILITY SYMPTOMS

FORD:
2005-2008 Escape Hybrid

MERCURY:
2006-2008 Mariner Hybrid

ISSUE
Some 2005-2008 Escape Hybrid and 2006-2008 Mariner Hybrid vehicles may exhibit a wrench light or check engine light on with DTCs P2110, P2111, P2112, and/or P2135. This may or may not be accompanied by driveability symptoms including lack of power or rough idle.

ACTION
Reprogram the powertrain control module (PCM) to the latest calibration using IDS release 52.4 and higher. This new calibration is not included in the VCM 2007.11 DVD. Calibration files may also be obtained at the website.
