ISSUE
Some 2007 E-Series vehicles equipped with a 5.4L engine may exhibit low speed driveability concerns when coming to a stop. This condition may also occur during parking lot maneuvers when turning the steering wheel to the full right or left lock position. This calibration update also addresses DTC P061B which may occur without a hardware fault present.

ACTION
Reprogram the powertrain control module (PCM) to the latest calibration using IDS release 51.9 and higher or 52.2 and higher. This new calibration is not included in the VCM 2007.11 DVD. Calibration files may also be obtained at the website.

WARRANTY STATUS: Eligible Under Provisions Of New Vehicle Limited Warranty Coverage
