Normal Operation
The parking aid system is enabled when the ignition switch is in the RUN position and REVERSE (R) gear is selected. The parking aid module supplies voltage to the parking aid sensors on circuit 1439 (BN/PK). The parking aid module supplies ground to the parking aid sensors on circuit 1440 (DG/YE). The parking aid module receives a signal from the parking aid sensors on circuits 1444 (DB/YE), 1443 (WH/LB), 1442 (DG/WH) and 1441 (WH/LG).

Possible Causes
- Fuse
- Circuit 57 (BK) open
- Circuit 140 (BK/PK) open
- Circuit 2340 (LG/WH) open or short to ground
- Parking aid sensor alignment
- Bumper cover
- Parking aid switch
- Parking aid module
