Rear Door: Adjustments

DOOR ALIGNMENT

Material:

1. NOTE: The hinge holes are enlarged or elongated to provide for hinge and door alignment.

Loosen the hinge bolts enough to permit movement of the door.

2. Move the door to the desired fit.







3. NOTE: Front body side cargo door hinges shown, all other door hinges similar. Tighten the hinge bolts 30 Nm (22 lb-ft) and check the door for proper fit.
4. Repeat if necessary.
5. Using grease, lubricate the door hinges.
