Normal Operation
When the multifunction switch is placed in the RH TURN position, voltage is supplied to the instrument cluster through circuit 2 (WH/LB). When the multifunction switch is placed in the LH TURN position, voltage is supplied to the instrument cluster through circuit 3 (LG/WH).

Possible Causes
- Circuit 2 (WH/LB) open
- Circuit 3 (LG/WH) open
- Instrument cluster
