PINPOINT TEST T: THE WAIT TO START INDICATOR IS NEVER/ALWAYS ON

T1-T4:

Normal Operation
The wait to start signal is transmitted to the instrument cluster over the communication network from the powertrain control module (PCM). The wait to start indicator illuminates when the key is in the ON position with the engine OFF (KOEO) indicating that the glow plugs are heating.
