Removal and Installation







1. Detach the air cleaner inlet from the plastic seal on the radiator support.
2. Loosen the air cleaner box cover-to-air cleaner outlet tube clamp. Remove the air cleaner outlet tube from the air cleaner box cover.
- To install, tighten to 4 Nm (35 lb-in).

3. Remove the 4 air cleaner cover bolts at the cowl and the radiator support.
- To install, tighten to 7 Nm (62 lb-in).







4. Reposition the air cleaner housing and disconnect the mass air flow (MAF) sensor electrical connector. Remove the air cleaner.

5. NOTE: Install the air cleaner bolts at the cowl first to aid in alignment of the air cleaner housing.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
