Normal Operation
When the smart junction box (SJB) detects a keyless entry button pressed, the SJB provides voltage to the keyless entry keypad through circuit CPK28 (WH). Ground for the keyless entry keypad is provided through circuit GD143 (BK/VT).

DTC B1624 - is an on-demand DTC that sets when the SJB detects the keyless entry keypad illumination output circuit is open or short to voltage.

Possible Causes
- Circuit CPK28 (WH) open, short to ground or voltage
- Circuit GD143 (BK/VT) open
- Keyless entry keypad
- SJB
