Test G: The Intermittent Wiper Speed Does Not Operate Correctly - Rear Window

PINPOINT TEST G: THE INTERMITTENT WIPER SPEED DOES NOT OPERATE CORRECTLY - REAR WINDOW

G1-G4:

Normal Operation
During normal operation, the rear wiper motor receives voltage at all times through smart junction box (SJB) fuse 19 (25A), circuit SBP19 (BU/RD). The windshield wiper motor also receives power with the ignition switch in RUN or ACC positions through SJB fuse 43 (5A), circuit CBP43 (GY). Ground is provided to the windshield wiper motor through circuit GD150 (BK/WH). The run/park relay is contained in the rear wiper motor electronics. Mode of operation is dependent on the signal(s) received from the multi-function switch.

Possible Causes
- Multi-function switch
- Rear window wiper motor
