Trunk / Liftgate Hinge: Adjustments

HINGE ADJUSTMENT - LIFTGATE







1. Loosen the liftgate hinge to liftgate bolts.







2. Adjust the liftgate alignment.







3. NOTE: The bolt washers must make full contact with the liftgate bracket when tightened.

Tighten the liftgate hinge-to-liftgate bolts to 28 Nm (21 lb-ft).
