Electronic Engine Controls




Electronic Engine Controls

The electronic engine controls consist of the following components:

- Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor (located on the left side of the engine)
- PCM (located on the left side of the bulkhead)
- Fuel Injection Control Module (FICM) (located on the left inner fender well)
- Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor (located on the engine front cover)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor (located on the cowl)
- Intake Air Temperature 2 (IAT2) sensor (located on the intake manifold)
- Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) sensor
- Engine Oil Temperature (EOT) sensor (located in the oil cooler)
- Exhaust Pressure (EP) sensor (located on the left valve cover)
- Crankshaft Position (CKP) sensor (located on the right side of the engine)
- Engine Oil Pressure (EOP) switch (located in the oil cooler)
- Barometric Pressure (BARO) sensor (located under the steering column)
- Turbocharger variable vane hydraulic control valve (located on the turbocharger)
- Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor (located on the Air Cleaner (ACL))
