Seat - Rear, Crew Cab, 60/40 Seat
Removal and Installation
NOTE: New bolts must be installed, do not reuse the bolts that were removed. The studs and nuts can be reused.
1. Using an appropriate tool, push in the pin hole while pulling the safety belt tongue out of the safety belt buckle.
2. If equipped, remove the rear seat storage compartment. For additional information, refer to Instrument Cluster / Carrier &/or Interior Moulding / Trim.
3. If equipped, remove the lead floor assembly.
- Remove and discard the rear seat load floor-to-floor bolt.
- To install, tighten to 62 Nm (46 lb-ft).
- Remove the 6 load floor bolts and load floor assembly.
- To install, tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
4. Remove and discard the 3 front seat riser-to-floor bolts.
- To install, tighten to 62 Nm (46 lb-ft).
5. Remove the 3 rear seat riser-to-floor nuts.
- To install, tighten to 62 Nm (46 lb-ft).
6. Remove the 60/40 rear seat assembly.
7. NOTE: Before installation, make sure the safety belt webbing is not twisted and the safety belts and buckles are accessible to the occupants.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
