Air Cleaner - 6.4L Diesel

Removal and Installation

1. Disconnect the restriction gauge and Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor electrical connectors.

2. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the Air Cleaner (ACL) outlet pipe from the ACL.
- To install, tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).

3. Disconnect the secondary air intake hose from the ACL outlet housing.

4. Pull up on the ACL to remove it from the ACL support bracket.

5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
