Radiator Grille Support









Removal and Installation

1. Raise the hood.

2. Release the hood latch cable clips from the radiator support.

3. Remove the hood latch bolts and position the hood latch cable and hood latch aside.
- To install, tighten to 35 Nm (26 lb-ft).





4. Remove the upper engine air cooler bolts.
- To install, tighten to 22 Nm (16 lb-ft).

5. Remove the bolts from the power steering cooler.
- To install, tighten to 35 Nm (26 lb-ft).





6. Disconnect the horn electrical connector.

7. Remove the horn bracket bolt and the horn.
- To install, tighten to 35 Nm (26 lb-ft).





8. Remove the bolts from the rear radiator grille support bolts.
- To install, tighten to 35 Nm (26 lb-ft).





9. NOTE: Right side shown, left side similar.

Remove the 2 air deflector pin-type retainers on the front of the radiator support.





10. Remove the upper radiator grille support bolts.
- To install, tighten to 35 Nm (26 lb-ft).

11. Remove the front radiator grille support bolts.
- To install, tighten to 63 Nm (46 lb-ft).

12. Remove the radiator support.

13. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
