Seat Track - 60 Percent

Removal

NOTE: For parts identification and location, refer to Seat - Exploded View, Front Seat - Exploded View, Front.

1. Remove the seat backrest assembly. For additional information, refer to Seat Backrest - Front, 60 Percent Seat Backrest - Front, 60 Percent.

2. Remove the seat track assist spring.





3. Remove the seat track adjustment handle.
- Remove one side of the seat track adjustment handle at a time.





4. Remove the 4 cushion frame bolts and separate the cushion tube assembly from the cushion frame.

5. Remove the 8 nuts and 2 seat tracks from the cushion tube assembly.

Installation

1. Install the 2 seat tracks and 8 nuts to the cushion tube assembly.
- Tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).

2. Install the cushion frame and 4 bolts to the cushion tube assembly.
- Tighten to 6 Nm (53 lb-in).

3. Install the seat track adjustment handle.
- Install one side of the seat track adjustment handle at a time.

4. Install the seat track assist spring.
