Inspect
    Wheels and Tires
      Inspect wheels and related components for abnormal noise, wear, looseness or drag.
    Steering and Suspension
      Inspect steering linkage, ball joints, suspension, tie-rod ends, driveshaft and U-joints. Lubricate if equipped with grease fittings.
    Fluid - A/T
      Inspect automatic transmission fluid level.
    Exhaust System
      Inspect exhaust system and heat shields.
    Drive Belt
      Inspect accessory drive belt(s). Perform follow-up inspections every 15,000 miles (24,000 kilometers) after initial inspection. Replace belt(s) at 150,000 miles (240,000 kilometers).
    Drive Axles, Bearings and Joints
      Inspect front axle and U-joints. Lubricate if equipped with grease fittings.
    Cooling System
      Inspect engine and secondary coolant level and hoses. Inspect engine and secondary cooling system concentration (freeze-point protection), additive (corrosion inhibitor) strength, coolant level and hoses. Every 15,000 miles (24,000 kilometers), 600 engine hours or as indicated by the information display.
    Brakes and Traction Control
      Inspect brake pads, shoes, rotors, drums, brake linings, hoses and parking brake.
    Air Cleaner Restriction Indicator
      Inspect air filter restriction gauge. Replace filter if necessary.
Replace
    Engine Oil
      Change engine oil and filter.
    Coolant
      Change engine coolant and secondary coolant. Initial change at six years or 105,000 miles (168,000 kilometers), then every three years or 45,000 miles (72,000 kilometers).
Service or Charge
    Diesel Emissions Fluid
      Refill diesel exhaust fluid tank.
Rotate
    Tires
      Rotate tires, inspect tire wear and measure tread depth. Vehicles equipped with dual rear wheels should rotate the front wheels when specified; rear wheels only if unusual wear is noted.
