TP3 - Check Wires to PCM

- Key OFF.

- Install Breakout Box (leave PCM disconnected).

- Disconnect the TP sensor connector.

- Measure the resistance of the TP wire between BOB Test Pin TP and ground.

- Is the resistance greater than 10,000 ohms between BOB Test Pin TP and ground?

Yes -- Go to TP4. TP4 - Check TP Ground

No -- Service the wire(s) in question.
