EGR Valve: Service and Repair

EGR Valve:

1. Disconnect the Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Position (EVP) sensor electrical connector.
2. Disconnect the two vacuum hoses.

EGR Valve:

3. Remove the two Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve bolts.
4. Remove the EGR valve.
5. Remove the valve and discard the gasket.
6. To install, reverse the removal procedure. Install a new gasket.
