J3 Check Speed Control Circuit

- Ignition switch in RUN position.

- Disconnect traction control switch.

- Measure the voltage on the traction control switch connector pin 1, circuit 31S (BK/BL).

- Is the voltage greater than 10 volts?

YES -- Go to J4. J4 Check Circuit 31S (BK/2) For Short to Ground

NO -- Diagnose the speed control cut-out circuit.
