Drive Belt: Service and Repair

1. Raise and support vehicle.
2. Loosen drive belt tensioner with 13 mm wrench attached to pulley mounting bolt and rotate drive belt tensioner away from accessory drive belt.
3. Lift belt over pulley flanges and remove.
4. Position drive belt over top of tensioner pulley

5. Install drive belt onto rest of pulleys, then rotate drive belt tensioner clockwise and install drive belt on last pulley. Ensure drive belt is properly installed on each pulley, with all V-grooves making proper contact with each pulley.
