EGR Valve: Service and Repair

Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve:

1. Loosen the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve to exhaust manifold tube nut.
2. Remove the two EGR valve bolts.
3. Remove the EGR valve vacuum hose.
4. Remove the EGR valve and gasket.
5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
